Founded in 1982 , HERCULES PIGMENT INDUSTRY is a Partnership firm manufacturing and marketing Organic Pigments of international standards. We are specialized in surface treated pigments. The company had been conceived and is promoted by Mr.Narendra Desai and Mr. Anupam Desai.

The production activity of unit is located at A1/ 2106, Ill Phase, GIDC, Vapi - 396195.The location is fully developed industrial area with all infrastructural facilities.Vapi is located at a distance of 160 kms from Mumbai. It is a notified chemical zone and is free from any civic restrictions. Our present production capacity is 50 M. tones per month and our current production is 30M. tones of Organic Pigments per month.

Our technology is the foundation of our business success, and we are determined to get the greatest value from our technology capabilities. The company is currently working on two major projects on :

  1. Flush pigments for printing inks.
  2. Pigments for water - based inks.

Our sales and marketing team caters to local market which has helped us to establish ourselves and to procure substantial share in total sale of pigments in market.

STAYBRITE COLORS PRIVATE LIMITED

Due to increase in demand of our products and to cover the market we have started our second unit STAYBRITE COLORS PVT. LTD. at R-77, TTC, MIDC, Rabale, Thane Belapur Road, Navi Mumbai - 400 701. At this unit we manufacture all Yellow Pigments and Pigment Orange 13 & 34.

Our present capacity of Azo plant is 30 MT and current production is 18MT per month. Meeting the international market demands Hercules exports is currently to USA, BRAZIL, MEXICO, AUSTRALIA and to KENYA.
